This policy explains what personal information The Interior Aesthetics (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and how we look after it. We are a small business based in North West London, run by Bruna Rossana.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and what you order.
- Personalisation: names, messages, dates and photos you give us so we can make your order. These may include information about the person receiving the gift.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or other channels.
- Payment: card payments are handled by our payment provider (for example Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Website data: essential cookies that keep your basket and checkout working, and basic technical data such as your IP address, kept for security.
Why we use it
- To make, deliver and support your order (performing our contract with you).
- To reply to enquiries and send quotes (steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- To keep financial records and meet tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To keep the website secure and stop fraud (legitimate interests).
- To send you news or offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the business: our website host, payment providers, delivery couriers where used, and email and messaging providers. We never sell your information. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use recognised safeguards such as UK-approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax rules. Personalisation details and photos are deleted once your order is complete, unless you agree we can show the finished piece. Enquiries that don’t become orders are deleted after 12 months.
Photos of our work
We love sharing finished pieces on our website and social media. If a photo shows a name, message or a person, we will only share it with your permission. You can ask us to remove any photo at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Our website uses essential cookies so your basket, checkout and account work. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
